From Imagination to Olfactive Identity

Bespoke is a “from-scratch” creative process where we build a unique formula specifically for your brand based on your inspiration. Private Label (or Private Stock) involves choosing from our curated library of pre-existing, high-quality scents. Bespoke offers total exclusivity and a unique olfactive signature that no other brand will have.

At IMH, we believe in true partnership. Once the bespoke development process is complete and the final formula is approved, the fragrance is held exclusively for your use. While the technical chemical “recipe” remains part of our proprietary production, the scent profile is yours and will never be offered to another client.

Because we are a vertically integrated facility, we move faster than traditional fragrance houses. Generally, the initial development and sampling phase takes 4–6 weeks. This includes the briefing, lab formulation, and shipping of submissions to your door.

Absolutely. Our perfumers specialize in “cross-base” formulation. We can design a bespoke scent specifically optimized for performance in candles (high cold/hot throw), hair care (pH stability), or luxury body oils, ensuring the scent remains true across your entire product line.

Every bespoke scent we create is formulated to be IFRA-compliant. We conduct rigorous stability and compatibility testing in-house to ensure the fragrance doesn’t discolor your product or degrade over time. We provide all necessary safety data sheets (SDS) and regulatory documentation for your peace of mind.

While we love hosting partners at our 45,000 sq. ft. facility for “smell sessions,” it is not required. We manage the majority of our bespoke projects through virtual briefings and iterative sample shipping. We can collaborate effectively with your team no matter where you are located.
