A: Responsibility depends entirely on the Incoterm chosen:

• FOB, CIF: The client (importer) is responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival in their country.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We arrange and pay for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, delivering the goods directly to your specified warehouse, providing the simplest solution for the client.

A: Fragrance products are typically classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids (易燃液体)。

1. Preparation: We ensure the product’s flash point is correctly documented in the SDS (Safety Data Sheet).

2. Packaging: We use certified, approved packaging and apply the necessary hazard labels and markings as required by IATA (Air) and IMO (Sea) regulations.

3. Documentation: We prepare the official Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) to secure carrier acceptance.

A: Yes. If you select FOB or EXW terms, you have full control. We will coordinate directly with your nominated freight forwarder to ensure the goods are correctly prepared, documented, and ready for collection on the agreed-upon date.

A: Accurate documentation is the key to minimizing delays. For every shipment, we provide:

• Commercial Invoice & Packing List: Detailing value and contents.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Mandatory for chemical products.

• Certificate of Origin: Required by some countries for tariff purposes.

• Compliance Declaration: Confirming IFRA and REACH/TSCA compliance.

A: Liability depends on the Incoterm:

• EXW/FOB: Liability transfers to the client once the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the originating port. We advise clients to secure comprehensive Marine Cargo Insurance.

• CIF/DDP: We are responsible for the insurance until the goods reach the destination port (CIF) or your door (DDP). We will guide you through the claims process should damage occur.

A: We use both, and the recommendation depends on your needs:

• Sea Freight: Recommended for high volume, low cost, and standard timelines (typically 3-5 weeks transit to US/EU ports).

• Air Freight: Recommended for urgent samples, small rush orders, or pilot runs (typically 4-7 days transit), though it is significantly more expensive.
