• Avoidance: We strictly avoid high-VOC solvents, DPG, or other petroleum-based thinners often found in budget diffusers.

• Benefit: This results in a cleaner evaporation process, better alignment with wellness trends, and superior performance without the harsh chemical odor associated with cheap alternatives.

A: The duration depends on the volume, temperature, and number of reeds used, but on average, our standard 4oz (120ml) diffuser lasts approximately 3 to 4 months. Our high-purity carrier oils are designed for a slower, controlled diffusion rate, maximizing the product’s lifespan and perceived value for the consumer.

A: While natural rattan is traditional, we strongly recommend high-performance synthetic Fiber Reeds for modern commercial applications.

• Reason: Fiber reeds contain continuous, consistent porous channels, leading to superior oil saturation and scent throw. They rarely need flipping and provide a more reliable, hassle-free experience for the end consumer, which boosts customer satisfaction.

A: Yes. We confirm that the flash point of the final liquid formula meets necessary transport safety standards. Because our base is low-VOC and alcohol-free, it generally has a higher flash point than alcohol-based diffusers, making it safer and easier to ship internationally via IATA or IMO regulations, although final classification must be confirmed per contract.

A: We offer both options, but our recommendation depends on your goal:

• Essential Oils: Best for therapeutic/aromatherapy claims and natural positioning. Note: Essential oils are highly volatile and may result in a shorter scent lifespan and slightly weaker throw.

• Fragrance Oils: Recommended for maximum hot throw (scent strength) and longevity, offering complex scent blends that are always IFRA compliant and consistent.

A: We incorporate strict Fitment and Leak Testing into our QC process:

• Component Vetting: We only source compatible glass vessels and closures from audited suppliers.

• Vacuum Test: After final assembly and capping, we perform vacuum chamber testing on a batch sample to simulate pressure changes (like those experienced during air freight or temperature fluctuations), ensuring a reliable, leak-proof seal.
