We stand behind our production schedule. Our promise is built on optimized logistics, reliable capacity planning, and transparent communication.
Pillars of the Guarantee
The System Behind Our Reliability
ERP Optimization: Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for real-time inventory tracking and dynamic scheduling, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Locked Production Slot: Once your order is confirmed, your production time slot is locked and guaranteed, minimizing displacement risk.
Dedicated Project Manager: A single point of contact provides weekly status updates on material procurement and production progress.
Milestone Tracking: Providing clients with a clear, agreed-upon timeline featuring critical deadlines (e.g., artwork sign-off, material arrival, Ex-Works date)
Material Buffer: Maintaining strategic Safety Stock of critical, long-lead-time components (e.g., specialized glass, unique fragrance compounds) to prevent delays from supplier issues.
Quality Control Integration: Rigorous In-Process QC minimizes costly and time-consuming rework, ensuring the final product meets standards the first time.
The Guarantee Mechanism
Defining “Late”: Clearly defining the “Ex-Works Date” (货物离厂日期) or “Ready-to-Ship Date” as the official date of guarantee.
Financial Penalty: Explicitly stating the mechanism: If the delay is due to our internal production error, we commit to a [Insert Percentage]% discount or credit on the unit price for every week (or day) the shipment is delayed past the agreed-upon date. (Use general terms like “Financial Credit” if a specific percentage cannot be fixed).
Exclusions: Clearly listing justifiable exceptions (e.g., Force Majeure, client-initiated change orders, client delay in artwork approval).
Statement: Our commitment to deadlines ensures your products hit the shelf exactly when they are needed for peak sales.
F.A.Q.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee FAQ Article
A: Our guarantee commitment is based on the Ex-Works Date (货物离厂日期) or the Ready-to-Ship Date agreed upon in your final contract. This is the date the finished goods pass final QC and are ready for pickup by your designated freight forwarder. Once the goods leave our facility, we cannot control external factors like customs delays or shipping carrier issues.
A: If a delay is solely attributed to an error within our internal production schedule (e.g., compounding errors, filling line breakdown, or internal planning mistakes), we commit to providing a Financial Credit or Discount on the unit cost of the delayed goods. The specific percentage and terms are outlined in the final Master Service Agreement (MSA).
A: The guarantee does not cover delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including:
Client Delays: Late submission of finalized artwork, late payment, or client-initiated change orders after production starts.
Logistics/Shipping: Delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, or the performance of the third-party freight carrier.
Force Majeure: Unforeseen events like natural disasters, war, or global pandemics affecting raw material availability.
A: Transparency is key to reliability:
Dedicated Project Manager: You have one primary contact person managing your order.
Weekly Status Reports: We provide a weekly update detailing the progress of raw material sourcing and manufacturing against the agreed-upon timeline milestones.
Alerts: We proactively communicate immediately if any potential risks (e.g., component delays) arise.
A: We manage material risk through strategic planning:
Vendor Vetting: We prioritize suppliers with proven reliability and fast lead times.
Safety Stock: We maintain strategic buffer inventory of common components (standard glass, alcohol base, key fragrance chemicals) to absorb minor vendor delays without impacting your final delivery date.
Dual Sourcing: We utilize a dual-supplier network for critical materials.
A: Yes, the guarantee applies to both, but the clock starts at different points:
Private Label: The guarantee starts upon Final Art Approval and Deposit Payment.
Custom Formulation: The guarantee starts upon Final Formula Lock and Stability Test Sign-off by the client, as the R&D phase is inherently variable.
