• Contract Manufacturing (OEM) is for brands that already have their own formulas or specific designs and need a partner to manufacture them at scale. This typically requires higher MOQs but offers total control over the product specs.

A: Yes. Through our Custom Formulation (ODM) service, our perfumers and R&D team work closely with you to develop a unique olfactory profile from scratch. Once finalized and paid for, the unique formula can be exclusive to your brand to protect your market identity.

A: Yes, we offer Scent Matching (counter-typing) services. Our R&D laboratory uses Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis combined with professional perfumery expertise to analyze a reference sample and recreate a scent profile that is olfactorily similar, while ensuring it meets current safety and regulatory standards.

A: We offer flexible options.

• Turnkey: We have an in-house design team that can assist with packaging layout, logo placement, and 3D prototyping.

• Client-Provided: If you have your own designers, we can provide the die-lines and technical templates for your team to work on. We also handle the Sourcing of all physical packaging components (bottles, caps, pumps, boxes).

A:

• Client-Owned: If you bring your own formula (Contract Manufacturing), you retain 100% ownership.

• ImFragrance Library: If you use our ready-made Private Label formulas, the IP remains with us, but you have the right to sell the product under your brand.

• Custom Development: For bespoke formulations developed specifically for you, IP transfer agreements can be discussed and arranged upon project completion.

A: Yes. We formulate our products to meet IFRA standards globally. We can provide the necessary technical dossiers (MSDS, COA, Allergen Lists) required for you to register your products with the FDA (US) or CPNP (EU). We act as your technical partner to ensure your product is legal and safe for sale.

• Private Label: MOQs are lower, typically starting from 500 – 3,000 units depending on the packaging selected.

• Custom/Contract Manufacturing: MOQs are generally higher, typically starting from 5,000 – 10,000 units to achieve optimal production efficiency and packaging sourcing costs. Please contact us for a quote specific to your project needs.
